About Jean-Bernard
I'm a Paris-based journalist, photographer, and videographer. I've clocked up innumerable trips across all continents (122 countries to date), but my favorite areas include the South Pacific (especially French Polynesia, where I spent 4 years in 20 trips), Africa, Turkey, French-speaking islands in the Indian Ocean (did I mention Réunion?), and the Caribbeans. And, of course, my own country, France, which I've travelled extensively, from Dunkerque to Perpignan and Strasbourg to Brest. I'm a Parisian with a provincial twist (or conversely). I'm also a dive instructor (hence my penchant for the South Pacific and all things related to the ocean).
